Day 42
Today was another off day for me. I'm glad that I can rest. I would like to say that I am going to try and walk around but I'm really just going to sit on the couch.

Couch potato, couch potato! But look how far you have come from a year from today? Keep looking forward, honey...keep on keepin on...a rest now and then is ok..don't want you to get burnout!
